Accessing, browsing, and purchasing products through the website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and current European legislation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the utmost possible accuracy. It is understood that any images, descriptions, or graphic representations are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly correspond to the actual product.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately before the conclusion of the purchase process.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Valigeria Gioberti reserves the unquestionable right to refuse or cancel any order, even after confirmation, in the following cases:

• unavailability, even temporary, of the product;
• material or obvious errors relating to the price or description of the product;
• failure to authorize payment;
• suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activities.

In such cases, any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.

5. Payments

Payment must be made simultaneously with the order using the payment methods available on the website. Transactions are managed according to security standards compliant with current regulations.

6. Shipping

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding, as Valigeria Gioberti cannot be held responsible for any delays not directly attributable to its organization.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to articles 52 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without obligation to provide any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be communicated by an explicit declaration sent via email or other suitable means.

8. Return Conditions

The right of withdrawal is subject to compliance with the following conditions:

• the product must be returned in perfectly intact condition, unused, free from any signs of wear, and complete with all its parts, accessories, and original packaging;
• any seals, protective films, or labels must be intact and not removed;
• the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, suitable for resale as new.

Shipping costs for the return of the product are entirely borne by the customer.

9. Refund

The refund will be made exclusively after the product has been received at our warehouse and after verification of its integrity and conformity with the conditions indicated above.

Valigeria Gioberti reserves the right not to issue a refund if the product is used, damaged, missing essential elements, or not compliant with the return conditions.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of product verification, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, for a period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods.

Any additional conventional guarantees may be offered by the manufacturer and will be specified in the relevant documentation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Valigeria Gioberti cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased products.

12. Modifications

Valigeria Gioberti reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from the date of publication on the website.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court will be that provided for by the current legislation applicable to the consumer.
